In my strong opinion that city/county county has a history of crooked law enforcement and judges. Most of the good law officers and judges through the years have been railroaded and forced to retire, forced to retire because of stress induced illness’s, or ran out of town.

In my strong opinion most of the law enforcement and the judges/attorneys in that county were crooked. And the good officers and Legal Counsel have been run out of town or railroaded and have been forced to retire or leave.

I've seen drunk people pass the test better. One leg stand he didnt look down at his foot as instructed. He absolutely used arms and never touched toe to toe. On the walking part.
