Grocery stores aren’t allowed to put random stuff into their systems, they have contracts and specific items and an average employee isn’t even allowed to add an item the store system doesn’t have. It’s like trying to sell a great value item at a publix the UPC isn’t and will never be in the system…

You might not believe this but... I worked at a second hand furniture shop in the early 2000's. We played a prank on our coworker and rolled his scooter from the carpark into the service lift and onto the sales floor... We put a sticker price for $50 😂
