Actually on the basis fact e bikes have no vin number,technically bro can’t do jack shit,cuz there’s no way to tell if your lying,and I’ve done the reasearch and live in va,the cops around me said it’s fully legal and cops can’t stop u for it unless your on a highway,then again I do live in bumfuck…
