S2 really could’ve used this with the ultron invasion on krakoa, & s3 could’ve had us mowing down symbiote minions on klyntar. Oh well

You had me at killing Namor. BUT Don't rotate the heroes, expand the hero list. Also don't make this an event, have it be a legit mode please! Also don't worry about balancing it. Keep balance PVP focused, just let this be a fun mode.
