The nintendo customer support is also shit i have a problem with the old switch bought a game had no sound couldnt fix it wrote them didnt got an answer and then they wanted me to rate their support without having recived support

I stay away from Nintendo... that is just where im at right now. Dont get me wrong. I think they have made smart moves, and they have a solid product, but they tend to attack the people spending money on their products
