Okay, great, but how about this. What if just don't swim with aquatic apex predators? Would that also be good? I feel like this is a problem that could be avoided easily.

If you intentionally swim with a salt water crocodile, is it really an "accident" when you get eaten?

If you voluntarily swim with a saltwater croc and you get attacked it's not an accident. You did what you know not to do and the croc did what it knows to do.

Here in South Africa during a rainstorm and flooding a guy in his ranger got swept into the water and disappeared, investigation underwent and police determined he was eaten by a croc.. The police went to retrieve the body from the croc, they lowered him into the river via helicopter and the office…

It's been documented that in certain temps, you can swim with Nile Crocodiles. However, I would not.
