A judge's job is to, you know, JUDGE. It may not be illegal, but they still have a moral obligation to look out for the INDIVIDUAL, not the COMPANY seeking to exploit them. The judge is undoubtedly smarter than the individual and it is their job to ensure the individual fully knows the ins and outs…
