The best way to clean a DPF is to REMOVE it, clean it while it's disconnected, then put it in the recycle bin.

All that tells me ia thag DPF is bad. The soot should be air sprayed the oposite way of normal operating flow. DPF is cracked.

Biggest scam ever. They clean these filters out with water in most cases it all ends up in the water supply more polluting than without. DEF is poison.
