Wow! A few people noticed the spelling of the inactive ingredients actually are NOT exactly the same.
For all intents and purposes, the two aforementioned chemicals are the same thing and are used interchangeably in the industry.

If you have animals and a tight budget you have to learn what is cheaper animal vs human. You also learn what animal items are cheaper for humans. I.e. vet wrap
